Hello Mr. Stevens,

Let me first say how bad I feel about your family farm beinginvoluntarily removed from your possession.

Now I must say that I am more than a little suprised to find myselfselected to help you.  It isn't every day that I am presented withsuch a great opportunity.

Just so as you understand.  I am an US citizen, so you will need toverify that I will be able to help you liberate the funds from theEuropean bank that currently holds them.  After that, I will be morethan happy to advise you in any fashion that you need assistance with.As far as real estate in Texas goes, well you have asked the rightman.  Later on I will need some details as to what you are lookingfor, but I have no doubt that we have just what you're looking forhere in North Texas.

As far as my contact information goes.  Currently my office is beingrewired/remodeled and a construction mistake has taken our phoneservice offline.  My employer allows the employees to use the officephones for personal use, so I have no home phone line.  Until therepairs are completed my phone use is VERY restricted.I do however have access to a FAX at (214) 821-0189.

I look forward to our relationship.

Take care and be well,
Emmett Merwin
